Project overview
Qalubia Water and Wastewater Company serves Qalubia Governorate, immediately north of Cairo, including the cities of Banha, Shubra El-Kheima, Qalyub, and Tokh. The governorate combines dense urban districts on the edge of Greater Cairo with agricultural land in the southern Delta, and its water stations include both surface-water plants and groundwater units.
In 2009 Metal Home for Industry supplied and installed storage tanks, piping networks, specialised steel fittings, and mechanical components at the Tokh water station. Our workshop fabricated the epoxy-lined tanks, rolled the pipe, and formed the cones, elbows, and flanges, and our site team installed and connected the mechanical package within the operating station.
Executed in the same year as the Giza water stations, the Tokh project confirmed our capability to deliver complete mechanical works for municipal water stations in Greater Cairo and the Delta.
