Pipes up to 100 Inches
Metal Home for Industry rolls and welds large-diameter carbon-steel pipes from 400 mm up to 4,000 mm (100 inches) at its factory in 15 May City, Cairo, for water transmission mains, pump-station headers, petroleum lines, and industrial ducting. Pipes are produced from certified plate to the wall thickness and length required by the project, with plain, bevelled, or flanged ends.

About this product
Large-bore pipe of this size is rarely available off the shelf in Egypt, so contractors and water companies rely on shop-rolled pipe made to their drawings. We cut, roll, and longitudinally weld each shell, then join cans to length with circumferential welds, inspect the seams by non-destructive testing, and apply the internal epoxy and external coating specified for potable water, wastewater, or hydrocarbon service.
We installed an 8-inch water supply line and a 6-inch diesel line for the Helwan Cement plant, and supplied piping systems with tanks and special steel fittings at the Giza and Tokh water stations. Pipes can be delivered as straight lengths or as complete spools with our cones, elbows, tees, and flanges welded on, ready for bolting into the station.
