We operate our equipped workshop in the industrial area of 15 May City. As engineers and fabricators, we maintain close supervision over material selection, engineering standards, and structural details to deliver high-quality products that meet the demands of major industrial projects.
We focus on craftsmanship and technical quality. From cutting and welding to shaping plates, we ensure every detail is carefully checked. A 35,000-liter fuel storage tank or a pressurized sand filter is a critical, high-precision asset built for decades of safe, reliable operation.
As a subsidiary factory of Al-Asry Company, we bring a rare advantage to the table: deep structural contracting experience. We don't build in a vacuum. We design our vessels knowing exactly how they anchor, how the electromechanical connections interface, and how they will perform on the job site under harsh physical environments.

25 years of steel fabrication for Egypt's water, fuel, and industrial sectors
Metal Home for Industry was established in 1999 as the fabrication arm of Al-Asry Contracting Company. What began as a workshop building fuel tanks for hotel and contracting projects has grown into a factory in the New Industrial Area of 15 May City that supplies water companies, petroleum distributors, cement plants, and government authorities across Egypt and abroad.
1999
Founded in Helwan, Cairo
Metal Home for Industry is established as a subsidiary factory of Al-Asry Contracting. First project: fuel storage tanks for the Hilton Sharm El-Sheikh, delivered through Industrial & Engineering Enterprises.
2001 – 2004
Entry into municipal water treatment
Filter tanks and oxidation towers for iron and manganese removal at the Mut plant in Dakhla (New Valley), followed by a multi-year programme of epoxy-coated filter tanks and compact-plant rehabilitation for Gharbia water stations and the Fayed plant in Ismailia.
2005
First export and Veolia qualification
3,000 mm diameter filter vessels fabricated to Veolia Water Systems specification for an Orascom project in Algeria. Long-term fuel tank supply to the National Authority for Military Production begins.
2008 – 2009
Complete station mechanical works
Oil storage tanks for the Arab Contractors. Tanks, large-diameter piping, special fittings, and electromechanical works at the Giza and Tokh (Qalubia) water stations, and filter and tower packages for the New Valley development with NSPO.
2010 – 2014
Structural steel and industrial plants
Pipelines, emergency staircases, and security gates at the Helwan Cement plant; fuel tanks for Egyptanode in Ain Sokhna. The structural steel division becomes a core product line.
2017 – 2020
National projects and turnkey rehabilitation
Fuel tanks for the Beni Suef cement plant with Dabiu (China); filtration vessels and a modular treatment plant for Soul Water; complete rehabilitation of 25 compact water stations in Qena covering civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
2020 – today
Fuel stations in the Western Desert and beyond
39 m³ tanks and complete station equipment for Trella in Kharga and Dakhla; 35 m³ tanks for stations in Beni Suef; tanks for contractors and agricultural investors including Emaar Contracting, New Dream Valley, and Reboaa Elkheer.

We fabricate to the codes named in each project specification and apply the same inspection sequence to every vessel, tank, and structure.
- Pressure vessels designed and fabricated with reference to ASME Section VIII Division 1
- Water treatment vessels and fittings following AWWA practice; potable-grade epoxy internal coatings
- Underground fuel tanks to EGPC-approved designs and European standard EN 12285-1
- Hydrostatic testing at 1.5 × design pressure; leak testing of all storage tanks
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds; holiday testing of internal linings

Do you deliver and install on site?+
Yes. We deliver across Egypt and provide site installation, welding, and commissioning teams for tanks, piping, and steel structures. We have also exported vessels to Algeria.
