Metal Home for Industry manufactures industrial steel ducts and custom flanges at its factory in 15 May City, Cairo, for water and wastewater stations, cement and industrial plants, and ventilation and dust-extraction systems. Round and rectangular ducts, transitions, and flat or raised-face flanges are produced to the drawing in carbon steel, with galvanised or painted finishes.

About this product
Ducts move air, gas, or dust-laden streams between equipment, and their flanged joints must remain tight under vibration and temperature change. We cut flange rings from plate or roll them from bar, machine or drill the bolt patterns to match the connected equipment, and weld them square to the duct or pipe so joints line up on site. Stiffening rings, inspection doors, and support brackets are added as required.
Flanges and special fittings from our workshop were part of the mechanical works at the Giza and Qalubia water stations and the pipeline works at the Helwan Cement plant. Because we also roll the pipes and form the cones and elbows, complete flanged assemblies can be trial-fitted in the factory before delivery.

Yes. Send the pump or vessel flange drawing — or a rubbing of the bolt circle — and we cut the mating flange in the 15 May workshop.
