Cones & Elbows
Metal Home for Industry fabricates carbon-steel cones (reducers) and elbows in the large diameters that standard fittings do not cover, at its factory in 15 May City, Cairo. Concentric and eccentric reducers, segmented (mitred) elbows, and long-radius bends are produced to the drawing for water stations, treatment plants, pump rooms, and industrial pipe networks.

About this product
Changing pipe size or direction on a large-bore line requires a fitting that matches the pipe's wall thickness, diameter, and coating exactly. We develop each cone and elbow from flat plate using shop patterns, roll and weld the segments, grind the seams smooth to keep flow losses low, and apply the same internal epoxy and external finish as the connecting pipe so the whole line has consistent protection.
Our fittings were part of the piping and special steel fittings supplied to the Giza and Tokh (Qalubia) water stations and the Fayed plant in Ismailia. Cones and elbows can be supplied loose with bevelled ends for field welding or already assembled into spools with our pipes and flanges.

Yes. Most of our cones and elbows are cut from plate or formed to the project isometric, not taken from a stock catalogue.
