Metal Home for Industry fabricates structural steel frames, emergency staircases, platforms, walkways, and handrails at its factory in 15 May City, Cairo, for factories, water stations, cement plants, and commercial buildings. Columns, beams, bracing, and stair flights are shop-welded from structural sections and plate, blast-cleaned and primed, and delivered for bolted assembly on site.

About this product
Industrial steelwork has to meet the structural engineer's loads, the site's dimensional tolerances, and the safety codes for stairs and guarding. We detail each element from the approved drawings, mark and pre-fit connections in the workshop, and hot-dip galvanise or paint according to the exposure class. Grating, chequer plate, or concrete-filled treads are supplied to suit.
We supplied and installed structural steel emergency staircases with associated civil works at the Helwan Cement plant, and fabricated the steel canopies and structures that formed part of the rehabilitation of 25 compact water stations in Qena. Frames and stairs can be combined with our gates and coverings so a complete site steel package comes from one supplier.
