About this product
An industrial gate is a structural element that must operate reliably thousands of times a year while resisting impact and weather. We size frame members for the gate span and wind load, use sealed bearings and machined rollers on sliding gates, and hot-dip galvanise or apply a multi-coat paint system for long service. Gates can be prepared for motorised operation with mounting plates for the drive, safety edges, and access control.
We supplied and installed the security gates at the Helwan Cement plant together with structural staircases and associated civil works, and have fabricated the barriers and site hardware for fuel stations in the Western Desert. Gates are trial-assembled in the workshop and delivered with anchor details so installation on site is straightforward.
