Silos are produced for ready-mix batching plants, precast yards, cement terminals, and construction sites in capacities to the customer's drawing, complete with supporting structures and access.

About this product
A steel silo has to carry the full static and dynamic load of the stored powder while discharging it reliably. We select shell and cone plate thicknesses for the design capacity, weld the cone at the angle needed for free flow, and supply the discharge flange, aeration pads, level probes, pressure-relief valve, filter mounting, top platform with handrails, and cage ladder as part of the package. Bolted-panel silos can be shipped flat to reduce transport cost and assembled on site.
Our long relationship with the cement sector, including structural works at the Helwan Cement plant and fuel storage for the Beni Suef cement plant, gives us practical experience with the loads, wear, and site conditions of cement facilities. Silos are supplied with anchor bolt plans and base details so the civil contractor can prepare the foundation in parallel with fabrication.

Yes, for very large capacities or remote locations, we fabricate bolted panel silos that can be easily transported in standard containers and assembled on-site.
