Dabiu (China) - Beni Suef Cement Plant

The Beni Suef cement complex, built for the Egyptian Armed Forces' National Service Projects Organization, is one of the largest cement plants ever constructed in a single phase in Egypt, with six production lines commissioned in 2018. Chinese EPC contractors, including Dabiu, executed the mechanical and construction packages for the project.

In 2017 Metal Home for Industry fabricated 35 m³ and 30 m³ carbon-steel fuel storage tanks for the plant, supplied to Dabiu for the site's diesel supply and heavy-equipment refuelling. The tanks were built from certified plate, pressure-tested, externally coated, and delivered with manholes and fittings to the contractor's schedule during the peak construction period.

Working as a local supplier to an international EPC contractor on a fast-track national project required tight delivery dates and complete documentation. The reference confirmed our capacity to support large industrial projects alongside our municipal water and fuel-station work.
