Project overview
The National Authority for Military Production, under Egypt's Ministry of Military Production, operates a group of large industrial factories that manufacture both defence and civilian products. The Helwan Engine Factory (Factory 135) in Helwan produces diesel engines, generators, and related mechanical equipment and is one of the authority's principal engineering plants.
From 2005 to 2013 Metal Home for Industry supplied industrial fuel storage tanks in a range of capacities to the Helwan Engine Factory. The carbon-steel tanks were manufactured to the authority's specifications for diesel storage at the plant and its testing facilities, fabricated and pressure-tested at our factory nearby in 15 May City, and delivered on a recurring basis over the eight-year period.
A supply relationship of this length with a government industrial authority reflects consistent quality, documentation, and delivery performance. It is one of our most significant long-term references in the fuel-storage sector.
